"It was a problem that the driver was not able to contact us, because he was unable to call an international phone number (my phone number is Danish).
So we did not realise he had arrived in the street, untill we contacted the taxi firm.
The instruction by mail that we recieved before the trip gave us the expectation that the driver would contact us, when he had arrived.
Apart from the fact, that the start of the trip was a bit less smooth than we had expected, the rest of the trip was fine - the car, the driving and the driver."
